The Fraternity House

The careful restoration of a historic student fraternity house: a ceremonial hall with heraldry, fitted display cases for regalia and a panelled Chesterfield lounge. We installed new heating and ventilation, renewed all building systems, designed and finished every interior, and built the bar.
