The Rataskaevu Garden House

The restoration of a heritage building in Tallinn’s Old Town: limestone walls, arches and old timber beams have been fully and rustically restored, while microcement floors and exposed copper plumbing tie the rooms together. Following historic drawings, we reinstated an opening that allowed a veranda door to be fitted. We installed hydronic underfloor heating and new building systems.
