Protect what time has made
We conserve medieval fabric and work within heritage rules. Every original surface is something to continue, not replace.

Renovation and construction in Tallinn's Old Town since 2014.
Heritage on the surface. Contemporary engineering underneath.
Fullon is a renovation and development company founded in 2014. We work in the heritage quarter of Tallinn’s Old Town, turning protected, centuries-old buildings into modern homes.
We hold the heritage activity permit and guide owners through the permit process as part of our work. We conserve what is original: the timber, limestone, lime plaster and marks left by earlier hands. Structure, insulation and finish are brought up to today’s standard at the same time.
We bring modern solutions to old buildings. Smart-home systems, modern heating and ventilation, proper insulation and discreet engineering give a medieval room the comfort and efficiency of a new build.
We offer turnkey delivery: design, heritage permits, construction and finishing. One responsible team, from first survey to the turn of the key.

We conserve medieval fabric and work within heritage rules. Every original surface is something to continue, not replace.
Bespoke joinery, hand-dressed stone, lime plaster, hand-finished brass and copper details, carefully selected Italian marble. Period materials, made under a careful hand.
Smart-home systems, modern heating and ventilation, proper insulation and discreet engineering. Integrated quietly so heritage rooms perform like a new build.
Design, heritage permits, construction and finishing under one accountable team, from first survey to the turn of the key.
Conservation work keeps its own clock. We move at the pace the building and the craft require, because haste here makes waste.
Almost all of our work is private. We keep our clients’ confidence, work without disruption, and let the finished home speak for us.
