Heritage restoration & conservation

Licensed conservation work in Tallinn's Old Town heritage area.

We hold the heritage activity permit for Tallinn’s Old Town. We restore historic fabric: facades, timber structures, windows and original detailing, so the building keeps its character and is fit for modern life.

Permits & heritage liaison

We navigate the approvals that building in a listed quarter requires.

Microcement & seamless finishes

Hand-applied, jointless mineral surfaces for floors, walls and wet rooms.

Microcement is a thin, hand-troweled mineral coating that turns floors, walls, stairs and wet rooms into seamless surfaces. As a thin layer it fits a heritage shell without heavy build-up, and it sits naturally alongside stone, oak and lime plaster. We apply it in fine layers and seal by hand. Every surface is one of a kind.
